Full PPC Manager (US UK Brand)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Own day-to-day execution of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) across all four group brands - online pharmacies and doctors. Manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — creative briefing, audience structure, A/B testing, and scaling Run Reddit Ads campaigns across the brand portfolio with daily budget allocation oversight Navigate regulated-industry ad policy daily — our pharma accounts run "Eligible (Limited)" by design with full certification Build search term analysis, negative keyword workflows, and audience signals for Performance Max Optimise Google Shopping feeds and Merchant Center labelling, including our treatment-led tagging system Coordinate with developers on tracking infrastructure (gtag, server-side via Cloudflare Workers, S2S integrations) Liaise with affiliate partners (Katalys, Pion/Student Beans) on integration and reporting Produce weekly performance reports — spend, CPA, ROAS, LTV-aware decisions — that the founder can read in 5 minutes Spot waste fast and reallocate budget across brands, channels, and geographies Stay current on Google, Meta, and Reddit policy updates that affect telehealth advertising Work full-time, in-office, from our Dubai office, Sunday to Thursday Desired Candidate Profile Min 5 years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house) with verifiable Google Ads results Strong Shopping and Performance Max experience — bonus if you've managed eCommerce accounts at AED 100k+/month spend Comfort with regulated verticals (healthcare, pharma, telehealth, finance, gambling, alcohol) is a major plus Fluent written and spoken English — you'll write ad copy, brief creatives, and report directly to the founder Sharp Excel/Google Sheets skills; confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio Able to work across multiple brands and time zones — our customers are in the US and UK Currently based in the UAE (or able to relocate at your own cost within 4 weeks) Comfortable owning numbers — accountable for spend, CPA, and ROAS across the portfolio Employment Type Full Time Company Industry MedicalHealthcareDiagnosticsMedical Devices Department / Functional Area AdvertisingMedia PlanningPR Keywords A/B TestingPaid SearchPPC SpecialistBudget ManagementGoogle AdsConversion OptimizationFacebook Ads Get real-time job updates only on our App
