FP&A Manager

We're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company and play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and business performance. What You'll Do: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Analyze financial and business performance and provide actionable insights. Build financial models and support strategic decision-making. Track KPIs, revenue, costs, and profitability. Partner with business leaders to drive sustainable growth. Prepare management reports and financial presentations. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting . Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP/BI tools is a plus. Strong business partnering and communication skills. Excellent English communication.
