Junior Treasury Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and record all revenues promptly and accurately
• Record all payment and receipts movements in the accounting system
• Follow up on daily treasury movements and record all related transactions accurately
• Disburse any amounts after obtaining approval from the Financial Manager
• Issue and register checks, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
• Monitor and follow up on bank balances and their daily movements
• Follow up on and settle financial covenants, ensuring compliance
• Ensure all treasury activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
• Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to other finance projects as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least one year of experience as a Treasury Accountant
• Very good in Excel Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with accounting software (Edara) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the Service sector is preferred
