FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, driving alignment and accountability. Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing insightful commentary to stakeholders, supporting proactive problem-solving. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, highlighting critical business insights. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles. Holds a relevant professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or similar, showcasing commitment to professional development and expertise. Exhibits 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related finance role, showcasing a proven track record of success.
