Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We re building the next generation of agentic platforms and AI-powered enterprise solutions. As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, you ll work directly with enterprise users to understand complex workflows, translate ambiguity into software, and ship production-ready systems fast. You ll operate across robust Java backend services, high-quality React.js interfaces, and LLM-powered workflows, collaborating closely with customers, AI engineers, designers, and founders. Bonus: Using AI tools to boost productivity is expected. What You ll Do Partner directly with users and customers to understand workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and turn real-world problems into software Working closely with the engineering team to design, build, implement and scale end-to-end full-stack solutions for clients across backend, frontend, and AI layers Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security in production deployments Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation Influence solution architecture decisions and mentor engineers What You Bring 8+ years of full-stack or product experience. Forward deployed engineering experience - nice to have Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and React.js Experience building production-grade systems in ambiguous, customer-facing environments Experience with solutions architecture, including: architecture design, systems integration, cloud infrastructure and security.
