Financial Analyst

Prepare detailed financial analysis, reports, and management dashboards. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models. Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and business performance. Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and investigate variances. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial and operational data. Analyze sales and profitability across different products, categories, channels, and business segments. Support budgeting and annual planning processes. Prepare monthly and periodic management reports. Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for improving profitability. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to gather and analyze business data. Assist in developing financial KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and financial data visualization. Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, retail, or wholesale is highly preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Good communication and presentation skills. UAE experience is Mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
