Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervising the department's work, organizing its affairs, developing it, and reviewing the employees' work. - Establishing appropriate controls for the department. - Maintaining a system for documenting and developing the policies and procedures of the Department. - Contributing to setting the bank's strategy. - Developing and overseeing the Bank's financial strategy and budgeting process. - Analyzing financial data, trends, and forecasts to inform decision-making. - Identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and financial optimization. - Ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements. - Ensuring the bank's compliance with international accounting standards. - Reviewing the bank's budget estimates. - Reviewing the financial and accounting statements. - Reviewing the tax process. - Managing the capital structure in accordance with the circulars of the Central Bank of Lebanon, the Banking Control Commission. - Ensuring that all department employees comply with the bank's general policies. - Evaluating the performance of the Financial Planning & control Department employees during the year and guiding them on developing their career path. - Communicating the Bank's financial performance and outlook to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. - Ensuring transparent and accurate financial reporting. - Reviewing all the work of the Financial Planning & control Department sections
