Finance Manager

Manage the overall finance and accounting functions and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor and analyze production, operational, logistics, and overhead costs to improve profitability. Oversee cost accounting, including product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation. Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, slow-moving inventory, and inventory-related costs. Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury activities. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end closing. Analyze financial performance and provide management with recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. Support management in evaluating CAPEX, investments, equipment purchases, and expansion projects. Develop financial models and business cases for new projects and operational initiatives. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve cost efficiency. Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures. Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA is preferred. 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong experience in the industrial, manufacturing, production, engineering, or logistics sector. Solid knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities. Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
