ETIC, Full Stack Developer (.Net ) - Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of developers in building and delivering robust web applications using .NET and Angular/React. You will be responsible for technical leadership, project planning, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET and Angular/React. - Manage and mentor a team of software engineers. - Define and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. - Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. - Conduct performance reviews and support career development of team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in .NET and Angular/React development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong experience with system architecture, API design, and database optimization. - Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). - Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Excellent command of English must be able to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. Preferred Attributes: - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
