Experience

1 to 2 years in software support or implementation. Technical Chops: Hands-on SQL skills for querying, investigating, and troubleshooting. Communication: Strong written and spoken English, paired with excellent people skills to guide our clients with confidence. ⭐ Bonus Points If You Have: Prior experience in ERP domain implementation and support. Exposure to manufacturing operations (experience with concrete products is a massive plus!). Employment Type Full-time
