Project manager - Wholesale projects

Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of complex wholesale projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Develop and meticulously manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments, specifically tailored to the nuances of wholesale operations. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, operations, IT, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless project progression and buy-in. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to safeguard project success within the wholesale environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior/Mid Project manager experienced with end to end Project delivery and C-level senior management reporting (IT/Business Steering Committee). PMP or equivalent certification Work experience of banking sector in UAE in the area of Payments/Core. Experience with Core platform, Limit management system, Trade, Treasury, payment platform related projects is a plus Ensure programs meet all regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements (e.g., SWIFT, KYC/AML). Familiarity with compliance mandates (CBUAE, FATF, KYC/AML) and cybersecurity standards Should have a Technical background (IT related) with understanding of technologies like cloud, ETL tools etc Min. 16 years of Banking experience out of which 6-7 years with UAE based Banks is preferable Soft
