ERP Project Manager

We are an established Odoo ERP implementation partner delivering business-critical ERP projects across multiple industries. We are hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance of Odoo ERP projects. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from planning through successful delivery. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans. Coordinate Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Technical Leads. Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall performance. Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timeline, budget, and resources. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment. Resolve project challenges, resource conflicts, and delivery roadblocks. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and project handover to the support team. Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and lessons learned. Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in ERP or software implementation. Experience managing ERP projects (Odoo is a plus). Strong knowledge of project planning, scope, budgets, and delivery. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or a related field
