Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise technology landscape. The successful candidate will align business strategy with technology capabilities, establish architecture standards, guide major transformation initiatives, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions across the organization. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals and strategic priorities. Define architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and governance processes. Evaluate current technology platforms and identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and innovation. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology strategies and architecture blueprints. Lead architecture reviews for projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and target architecture. Drive cloud adoption, integration strategies, data management, and application modernization initiatives. Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency. Ensure security, scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance are incorporated into solution designs. Mentor Solution Architects and technical teams on architecture best practices. Partner with vendors and technology partners to evaluate products, services, and strategic investments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in architecture roles. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP). Solid understanding of application architecture, integration, data architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure technologies. Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
