Sr Electrical Design Engineer PE (Commercial Buildings) - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Seeking a Sr Electrical Design Engineer to join our Team. Successful candidates will have 6-10+ of experience in Electrical Design/Engineering of electrical building systems and preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings and calculations. You will be responsible for the design of electrical systems from schematics through construction administration on a wide range of building types including Commercial, High-Rise, Hotel/Casino, Healthcare, Public Sector, Data/Computer Facilities, etc.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET Accredited College or University

PE License in Florida (Required)

6-10+ years of experience in electrical design

Strong proficiency in Revit Software

Experience with mid-rise and high-rise projects in Florida

Knowledge of local codes and permitting processes

Strong communication and coordination skills

Stable work history

Preferred, Not Required

Spanish bilingual; LEED Accredited Professional and previous experience participating in the LEED or other green rating system process; Experience and interest in sustainable building design.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders

Ensure compliance with Florida codes and standards
