Electrical Engineer – Government Approvals & Projects

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government approvals, supporting project sales, and handling tender submissions for electrical products and solutions. Manage vendor registration and product approval processes with government entities and major clients. Prepare and submit technical and commercial documents for tenders and bidding opportunities. Review project specifications, BOQs, and electrical drawings. Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain technical documents, quotations, and compliance certificates. Follow up on government projects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely approvals and project opportunities. Provide technical support to the sales team during project execution and tender preparation. Ensure compliance with client specifications and Saudi regulations. Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government authorities. Monitor upcoming projects and public tenders to identify new business opportunities. Prepare periodic reports on approvals, tenders, and project status. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Arab nationality is mandatory. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in electrical projects and government sector. Proven experience in government approvals, vendor registration, project supplies, and public tenders. Good knowledge of Saudi government procurement procedures and major project clients. Ability to review technical specifications, BOQs, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English and Arabic. Valid transferable Iqama and immediate joining will be an advantage.
