Electrical Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to optimize project efficiency and budget adherence. Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports for compliance and reference. Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to engineering codes and regulations. Utilize simulation software to model electrical systems and predict performance under various conditions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions in projects. Maintain and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and other team members to enhance project outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in circuit theory and electromagnetics. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license or relevant certifications, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethics. Proven track record of working on complex projects, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools, enabling effective design and analysis of electrical systems. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus for international collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in engineering calculations and documentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Willingness to travel for project sites and client meetings, showcasing flexibility and dedication to the role.
