WE ARE HIRING E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL SALES MANAGER FARMACO is looking for a talented and results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager to join our team and take our online presence and sales to the next level. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop FARMACO s website & e-commerce activities Manage Instagram, Facebook & TikTok platforms Create and coordinate engaging content, Reels, Stories & campaigns Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads Increase website traffic, online enquiries and product sales Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and online offers Follow up on customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram & other channels Monitor competitors and identify new digital sales opportunities Track and analyze ROAS, conversion rate, CPA, sales and other KPIs Prepare regular performance reports and propose strategies for growth Coordinate with influencers and digital partners when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Online Sales Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads Experience managing e-commerce websites Excellent understanding of social media and digital content Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and conversions Good analytical and communication skills Experience in healthcare, cosmetics, supplements or FMCG is a plus
