Digital Marketing, Social Media & AI Specialist

Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and the needs of individuals, companies, developers, and public-sector clients. Manage the company's relevant social channels and maintain a consistent identity, voice, and message across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other approved platforms. Prepare monthly and seasonal content calendars that reflect planting seasons, weather conditions, national occasions, and commercial opportunities in the Saudi market. Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; classify them and transfer serious opportunities to Sales within an agreed response and follow-up timeline. Photograph and document nurseries, plants, work stages, and project results before, during, and after completion in coordination with site teams and clients. Produce photographs, short videos, stories, posts, designs, brochures, and case studies that demonstrate plant quality, irrigation efficiency, and the technical and aesthetic details of completed work. Write professional Arabic content and prepare English versions when required, verifying plant names, technical information, and marketing claims before publication. Maintain an organized digital asset library covering photographs, videos, approvals, release records, and brand files for safe reuse. Plan and manage paid campaigns, including audiences, budgets, messages, creative assets, and landing pages for landscaping, irrigation, and plant sales. Test and optimize creative concepts and messages based on cost per qualified lead, inquiry quality, and conversion—not reach alone. Track lead sources and status with Sales and close the feedback loop on the quality and commercial outcome of each opportunity. Support proposals, tenders, exhibitions, and events with updated company profiles, project portfolios, and relevant case studies. Prepare a monthly dashboard and report covering content, advertising, website performance, and leads, with clear recommendations for action. Improve website content and search visibility for nursery, landscaping, and irrigation terms in the company's target locations. Monitor competitors, content trends, and customer needs in Saudi Arabia and translate findings into campaigns and service offers. Use AI for research, drafting, editing, ideation, and image or video support with mandatory human review, data privacy safeguards, and accuracy checks. Regular visits to nurseries and project sites, with photography scheduled around execution stages, lighting, and events. Compliance with site safety, privacy, and client approval requirements for photography and publication. Flexibility to support urgent campaigns or events within approved working arrangements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in projects, real estate, agriculture, or landscaping is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating content production, campaign management, and measurable results. Fluent Arabic and good working English for professional content and communication. Hands-on experience with advertising and analytics platforms, content management systems, design and video-editing tools, and AI tools. Content writing, visual storytelling, photography, and rapid video editing suited to nurseries and project sites. Marketing analytics, budget management, campaign optimization, and qualified-lead measurement. Strong planning and organization across office, nursery, and project-site environments. Ability to work with technical teams and convert plant, irrigation, and landscaping terminology into clear, credible messages.
