Digital Sales Executive

We re Hiring | Digital Sales Executive (B2B Services) Milagro HR & Recruitment Consultancy is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Digital Sales Executive to join our team and support our growth across Lebanon, UAE, and KSA. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about B2B sales, enjoys building relationships, and is confident in managing digital outreach, calls, and CRM pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Milagro s presence on LinkedIn Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and approach potential clients Conduct B2B outreach via LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp Represent Milagro in events, job fairs, and networking activities Handle follow-ups and manage leads through a CRM Book meetings with decision-makers (HR Managers, CEOs, Founders) Support client acquisition across GCC markets What We Offer: Competitive basic salary Attractive commission on closed deals Long-term growth opportunity Exposure to GCC markets (UAE & KSA) Professional, supportive, and ambitious environment
• Desired Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in digital sales / business development Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Proven background in B2B services sales (recruitment/HR services is a strong plus) Excellent English communication skills Strong personality, confident, organized, and result-driven High level of enthusiasm, passion, and time management Lebanese nationality Remote role Female candidates are preferred
