Job Overview
Handle leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website & digital campaigns Understand customer needs and recommend the right fabrics Follow up consistently with enquiries and potential customers Convert leads into confirmed orders Reconnect with existing and dormant customers Upsell and cross-sell products Maintain an organised lead tracker/CRM Coordinate with our sales, showroom and stock teams Desired Candidate Profile 2 years' experience in online sales, inside sales or lead conversion Experience in fashion, textiles, abayas, luxury retail, jewellery or beauty is a strong advantage Excellent communication and follow-up skills Confident, persuasive and genuinely sales-oriented Good English; Arabic is a strong advantage UAE experience preferred Employment Type Full-time
