DevOps Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview This team is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between complex infrastructure engineering and real-world customer implementation. Based onsite in Abu Dhabi, you will play a critical role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for enterprise clients and partners. This is a high-impact position within a fast-moving environment where you will lead technical discovery, build robust proofs-of-concept, and ensure the seamless integration of our cloud technologies into diverse ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients to architect scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. Lead technical discovery sessions to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. Develop and maintain high-quality proofs-of-concept (POCs), technical demos, and comprehensive documentation for global partners. Provide expert technical support during pre-sales engagements, addressing deep-dive technical requirements and security queries. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and establish best practices for cloud deployments. Gather field feedback to influence the product roadmap and ensure the platform evolves with customer needs. Conduct technical enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for enterprise clients and strategic partners. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Solutions/Cloud Engineering roles. Deep technical proficiency with modern container orchestration and infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong working knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and integration patterns. Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Go, or JavaScript. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a rapid-growth startup or enterprise environment. Nice to Haves Experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols such as OIDC, SAML, or OAuth2. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and VPN technologies, including WireGuard or IPSec. Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Prior experience working within AI infrastructure, data platforms, or high-scale SaaS environments. A history of contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of technical writing and documentation.
