Civil Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct detailed land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and site conditions using advanced surveying equipment and technology. Prepare precise survey drawings and maps that accurately represent land configurations and features for use in construction and development projects. Coordinate with civil engineers and architects to ensure survey data aligns with project specifications and design requirements. Analyze survey data and provide technical reports to stakeholders, highlighting potential challenges and recommending solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution. Professional licensure as a land surveyor (if applicable) or willingness to pursue licensure within a specified timeframe. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant surveying experience in construction, land development, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in using surveying software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications.
