Jr. Land Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist licensed surveyors in conducting field surveys, meticulously collecting data using advanced equipment like total stations and GPS receivers. Perform boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys under direct supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Operate and maintain surveying instruments, performing regular calibrations to guarantee data integrity and precision. Reduce and process field data using specialized software, preparing preliminary drawings and reports for review. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a significant advantage. Up to 3 years of practical experience in land surveying, with exposure to various survey types and methodologies. Demonstrated proficiency in operating total stations, data collectors, GPS/GNSS receivers, and related surveying hardware.
