Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Hiring for a client in Qatar. A leading engineering and construction company is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor (Steel Structural) to oversee structural steel construction activities on major Oil & Gas projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications. Job Title: Civil Supervisor (Steel Structural) Key Responsibilities Supervise structural steel construction and installation activities. Coordinate daily site operations, manpower, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Supervise scaffold operations and lifting activities. Monitor structural repair and concrete repair works. Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project engineers. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Civil Engineering or Trade Certification. Minimum 8 years of experience in civil structural supervision. Experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of scaffold safety, lifting supervision, steel structural works, and concrete repair. Strong leadership and coordination skills.
