Land Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct precise measurements and detailed surveys to establish property boundaries, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology, including GPS and CAD software, to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide critical data that influences design and construction phases. Prepare and maintain accurate records, maps, and reports detailing survey results for review and documentation purposes. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution. Infrastructure, Storm Water, Sewage Line Experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is mandatory. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects. Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
