Civil Site Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage site activities for road, infrastructure, and earthwork projects. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and the project team. Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and productivity. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Inspect construction activities including excavation, road works, utilities, drainage, kerbstones, interlock, and asphalt works. Resolve technical issues on site and ensure compliance with project requirements. Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure construction. Experience in earthworks, road construction, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and related infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE Driving License is an advantage. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10 days will be given preference.
