Civil Engineer Facility Management

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation. Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower effectively. Coordinate material deliveries and verify that materials meet project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists for corrective actions. Resolve site issues and maintain project timelines. Attend site meetings with clients and consultants. Maintain site documentation, including inspection requests, work permits, and material approvals. Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution. (2D & 3D) Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution. Strong communication and coordination skills. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
