Civil Engineer – Dubai Municipality Approved

Manage and supervise civil engineering works on site, ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approved drawings Prepare, review, and submit technical drawings, permits, and documentation to Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities Prepare cost estimation, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material take-offs for tenders and ongoing projects Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance on site Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other government authorities for approvals, inspections, and NOCs Support the tendering and estimation process for new projects, including Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) projects where applicable

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction/contracting industry Valid Dubai Municipality approval/accreditation (mandatory) Proven experience working within a contracting company Solid background in cost estimation and BOQ preparation Experience with Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) projects preferred Strong communication, coordination, and site management skills Valid UAE driving license preferred Employment Type Full-time
