Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As part of our business development, we are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager (M/F) to lead digital transformation projects around the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for the success of projects, from scoping to production deployment, ensuring team coordination, adherence to deadlines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: Leading implementation, evolution, and migration projects for the ServiceNow platform; gathering and analyzing business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders; defining the schedule, resources, and budgets, and monitoring project indicators; facilitating scoping and functional design workshops; coordinating functional and technical teams and various partners; and overseeing development, testing, acceptance, and deployment phases. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and associated action plans. Ensure the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction. Support users during change management phases. Produce project reports and ensure regular communication with sponsors and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation around the ServiceNow platform. Desired Candidate Profile Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, including significant experience with ServiceNow projects. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its main modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or equivalent). Experience with Agile (Scrum) and/or V-model methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented. Technical skills: Project management (planning, budgeting, risk management, governance). ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM (depending on the project). Project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or equivalent). Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Good understanding of ITIL processes. Use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Now Assist or equivalent) to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables. Stay informed about technological innovations related to AI and their integration into the ServiceNow ecosystem. ServiceNow CSA certification. ITIL v4, PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certifications. Prior experience with generative AI solutions or ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist) is a plus. Experience in an international or multicultural environment. Good level of French and English.
