Sales Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Sales Coordinator Company: My Door Glass Location: Dubai, UAE Job Summary My Door Glass is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with customer coordination, quotations, order processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in coordinating sales activities, preferably in the glass, aluminum, interior fit-out, or construction industry. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with customers, sales team, and project teams for daily sales activities. Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up on client requirements. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases. Coordinate with estimation, production, and site teams for order execution. Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and payments. Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals. Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and project details. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role. Experience in UAE construction, glass, aluminum, or interior fit-out industry is preferred. Good communication and customer handling skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Immediate joiners preferred. Experience with CRM/ERP software is an advantage.
