Job Description Roles & Responsibilities THE ROLE With 95%+ of releases automated and pre-approved, change here isn't a queue to push through, it's the exceptions that actually carry risk. You're the one who catches them, makes sure they're properly documented before they reach the CAB, and tracks whether the whole change process is actually working. One person holds this end to end, because at this scale, the discipline matters more than the headcount. WHAT YOU LL DO Triage incoming RFCs, validating completeness, risk, and rollback documentation for those needing CAB review Prepare the weekly CAB agenda and supporting pack Track change KPIs, including success rate, lead time, and emergency-change ratio Coordinate scheduling with the deployment calendar and concurrent changes Run post-implementation reviews for failed changes Desired Candidate Profile WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of experience Background in change management or operations coordination ITIL-aligned knowledge of change management practices Comfortable operating within a highly-automated CI/CD estate YOU LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU You'd rather catch a missing rollback plan before CAB than after a change fails You treat a change KPI as a signal to investigate, not just a number to report You can coordinate scheduling across multiple concurrent changes without losing track of any of them You're comfortable being the one exception-handling function in an otherwise highly automated pipeline Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Change Specialist Get real-time job updates only on our App
