CFO

Neonism SAL is looking for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and digital finance operations. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy
• Oversee Accounting, Treasury, and Digital Finance operations
• Ensure compliance with Banque du Liban (BDL), tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive management
• Lead and develop the finance team

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CFA is a plus). Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within a fintech company or financial institution. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, treasury management, BDL regulations, and fintech compliance. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
