Developing and executing growth strategies for HR consulting, recruitment, and workforce solutions services. Building and leading a high-performance sales and business development team. Creating scalable revenue streams and sustainable business models. Key Requirements: Proven track record in business development within HR consulting, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions. Strong network and relationships with decision-makers in Saudi Arabia. Experience in client acquisition, contract negotiations, and revenue generation.
