Business Development Manager – Mother & Baby | E-Commerce & Retail

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Mother & Baby industry, with strong exposure to e-commerce, retail and sales growth. Drive new business development and revenue growth. Develop key accounts, partnerships and new sales channels. Grow e-commerce and online marketplace sales. Identify market, retail and distribution opportunities. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing and promotional initiatives. Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain and Sales. Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets. Monitor sales, margins, inventory and overall business performance. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years' experience in the Mother & Baby / Baby Care industry. Proven track record in business development and sales growth. Strong e-commerce and online marketplace experience. Retail and distribution experience preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial skills. UAE/GCC market experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field. Employment Type Full-time
