Business Development Manager

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction companies, architectural firms, lead consultants, and end users Build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders across the GCC and MENA markets Develop and execute strategies to expand FSK's client base and market presence Represent FSK & Partners at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to align proposals with client requirements Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the engineering consultancy space Prepare and present business development reports and pipeline updates to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the construction, architecture, or engineering consultancy sector Existing client base of construction companies, architectural firms, lead consultants, and end users across the GCC and MENA markets Strong network and relationships within the regional construction and consultancy industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Based in Dubai, with the ability to travel across the region as required Available for immediate joining Employment Type Full-time
