Business development manager: (BDM) is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The BDM also responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new sales territories. Job Description

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Making and closing sales Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. handle complaints or objections. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales. Achieving monthly set targets set by the company. Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Strictly following company guidelines and policies. Perform other tasks as instructed by the Management.
