Business Development Executive- Landscape

Identify and secure new business opportunities for landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, hardscape, softscape, and maintenance projects. Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, market research, and industry contacts. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients. Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and prepare commercial proposals. Review tender documents, BOQs, and project requirements with estimation and technical teams. Follow up on quotations, tenders, and client feedback to secure projects. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and regular business development reports. Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within landscaping, swimming pools, irrigation, construction, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE market, tender processes, and construction project cycles. Existing network with developers, consultants, contractors, and clients is preferred. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
