Business Development Executive - Catering, Facility Management & F&B

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing contracts across multiple sectors including healthcare and hospitality. It focuses on driving revenue growth through sales, tender participation, contract negotiations, and account management while collaborating with internal teams for project delivery. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across healthcare, catering, housekeeping, hospitality, and facility management sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. Identify government and private sector tenders and prepare technical and commercial proposals. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience UAE market experience with strong client network Experience in tenders, procurement & contract acquisition Excellent communication & negotiation skills UAE Driving License preferred
