Business Development Associate – Performance Based Earnings

Vision Prime Management Consultancy L.L.C. is a UAE-based business consultancy providing professional services including business setup, UAE trade licenses, corporate services, visa solutions, and related advisory services. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team on a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Identify potential clients interested in UAE business setup, licensing, visa, and corporate services
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in business setup, real estate, banking, PRO services, or corporate services are highly preferred. UAE market knowledge and existing network is require. Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa. Compensation: Attractive commission-based earning opportunity (more than market trend). High earning potential based on performance and successful client acquisition. Flexible working arrangement. After successful completion of the 3-month probation period and satisfactory performance, the company will provide UAE employment visa sponsorship and discuss further employment benefits.
