Responsibilities

• Application Management & Support: Oversee the lifecycle of core business applications (e.g., ERP, SharePoint, ServiceNow)
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues to ensure high availability and performance
• Perform regular system audits, updates, and maintenance tasks
• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document application-related requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases
• Advise departments on best practices and optimal use of business applications
• System Implementation & Enhancement: Lead or support the implementation, integration, and upgrade of business applications
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation
• Identify and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance business processes
• Vendor & Project Management: Liaise with software vendors and external consultants on product roadmaps, support issues, and SLAs
• Manage small to medium-scale application projects, ensuring delivery on time within scope and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or master s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 4 to less than 6 years of experience in managing or supporting enterprise business applications
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, business analysis, and process modeling
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, or custom-built enterprise platforms
• Strong experience in building and presenting performance dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP frameworks is a plus
