Business Analyst / Domain SME (Tax & Finance)

Bring domain depth in tax, finance, or government operations to a 24-month government AI program in Dubai. Alongside standard business analysis, you answer for the functional quality of AI use cases in your domain: business rules, data assumptions, and process logic checked against platforms like SAP S/4HANA. Full time, onsite at the client's premises in Dubai. Professional Arabic and English are required. Key Responsibilities Provide domain expertise across the AI use-case pipeline; validate that business rules and data assumptions are correct Author and review the functional content of use-case briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria in the assigned domain Define test scenarios and support UAT for each use-case release; triage functional defects with the system integrator Check data readiness for each use case: sources, quality, access, and privacy constraints Share PMO documentation duties, including bilingual deliverable production Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years combining business analysis with domain work in tax, finance, revenue, or government services Hands-on familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or tax/revenue management systems Experience validating functional designs or testing outcomes against business rules Data literacy: reading data models, checking source data quality, defining test data needs Functional testing support: test case definition, UAT coordination, defect triage Professional Arabic and English, spoken and written (required) ACCA, CPA, CIA, or an ERP certification is an advantage
