Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job purpose: As a Associate, Applications, you will work alongside our Process Automation Manager and directly with business teams across departments at Starlinks. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role for someone early in their Power Platform journey: you will learn to design portal pages and forms, build automations and dashboards, and turn business conversations into working solutions, with guidance and mentorship along the way. You will design, develop, and support secure, scalable business applications that streamline internal and logistics operations, building on technologies such as Power Pages, Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint/Dataverse data models integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external partners to deliver end-to-end value. Main Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain Power Pages forms and portal pages, using JavaScript for cascading dropdowns, field visibility, and validation Assist in designing Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules based on for business requirements. Develop Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, and system-to-system sync. Build Canvas and Model-Driven apps with responsive, role-based UX and robust error handling. Integrate with M365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), Dynamics 365, and third-party systems (WMS/TMS/YMS, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways) using standard and custom connectors. Implement REST API integrations; configure connection references; manage secrets securely. Package solutions for ALM and promote across Dev/Test/Prod using manual / Power Platform Pipelines / Azure Devops. Contribute to CI/CD using Azure DevOps (pipelines, artifacts) for Power Platform deployments. Meet directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify workflows, and validate delivered solutions. Document solutions clearly: user guides, flow diagrams, and release notes. Support UAT and provide day-to-day (L1/L2) support for existing Starlinks modules, escalating complex issues as needed. Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion, asking questions and seeking guidance as needed. Build reusable components, templates, and patterns to accelerate delivery. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.
