Assistant Sales Manager

Assist in achieving room, group, and overall hotel revenue targets. Develop and maintain corporate, government, leisure, and MICE accounts. Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections. Generate new business and follow up on leads and quotations. Promote hotel rooms, meetings, events, and F&B facilities. Monitor market and competitor activities. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure excellent guest and client service. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports. Support sales activities, promotions, and networking events. Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international hotel brand. Experience in corporate, government, leisure, group, and MICE sales. Strong knowledge of the local market and business accounts. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship and networking skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Professional, proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
