Assistant Sales Manager

Almoayyed Industrial contracting & Trading ( a division of Almoayyed International Group) that specializes in activities that focused on Oil & Gas, Power & Water Industries is looking for Assistant Sales Manager to join our team The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and securing Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation projects across industrial, infrastructure, utilities, water & wastewater, oil & gas, and commercial sectors. Engineering graduates from Electrical background with a minimum 10 years of sales experience in oil & gas, Power & Water Industries Identify and pursue new business opportunities for E&I and MEICA projects and Products. Generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities. Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for technical and commercial proposals. Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Achieve annual sales targets and GP objectives. Develop sales strategies for key accounts Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities in automation and industrial solutions. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 7 10 years of sales/business development experience in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrumentation projects. Demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets. GCC/Bahrain market experience preferred reflecting familiarity with market dynamics. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
