Arabic Project Manager – Land Development, Telecom & Electrical

Lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion. Manage land subdivision, site development, earthworks, roads, paving and infrastructure works. Coordinate and oversee telecom, electrical, utility and related infrastructure works. Coordinate with municipalities, government authorities, consultants, clients and subcontractors. Review drawings, plans, quantities, technical requirements and project specifications. Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tender pricing. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and site activities. Negotiate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Identify project risks, resolve technical and site issues, and ensure timely project delivery. Supervise project teams and coordinate engineers, surveyors, subcontractors and site personnel. Participate in business development, project opportunities and client negotiations. Support recruitment and selection of technical and project staff when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field. 5–10 years of proven experience in project management and construction. Strong experience in land development, land subdivision and infrastructure projects. Practical experience in roads, paving, earthworks and site development. Good understanding of telecom, electrical and utility infrastructure. Experience dealing with municipalities, government authorities, consultants and clients in Saudi Arabia. Strong skills in project planning, cost estimation, tendering and project execution. Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and project teams. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred. Arabic-speaking candidate is preferred.
