Manager Accounts - Car Dealership

Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasting financial needs and identifying cost-saving opportunities specific to automotive retail. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses for executive review, highlighting key dealership metrics. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle sales transactions, including floor plan financing, trade-in valuations, and customer financing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly advantageous. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a car dealership. Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK Global) and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of automotive retail accounting principles, including F&I, parts, service, and new/used vehicle sales. Employment Type Full-time
