Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify high-impact AI opportunities across HR, Finance, Operations, and other functions Assess feasibility, risks, and ROI of proposed AI initiatives Drive implementation in coordination with business units and external vendors Establish AI governance, policies, and ethical usage standards at group level Monitor performance of AI initiatives and ensure continuous improvement Promote awareness and adoption of AI tools across the organization Maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI initiatives aligned with business objectives Key Competencies Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency Strategic thinking and opportunity identification Basic understanding of AI tools, capabilities, and limitations Project management and cross-functional coordination skills Data-driven decision-making mindset Communication and stakeholder engagement skills Success Metrics Measurable efficiency improvements across functions Cost savings achieved through AI-driven initiatives Adoption rate of AI solutions across business units Number of successfully implemented and scaled AI use cases Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 8–15 years of experience in digital transformation, data, or technology roles. Proven track record of leading AI, analytics, or automation initiatives. Experience translating business problems into technology solutions. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
