Agile Coach
experienced Agile Coach to support Agile adoption and large-scale transformation initiatives across MTA-IT. This individual will coach, mentor and guide product teams, technology leaders and business stakeholders in applying Agile principles, improving delivery practices and strengthening enterprise-wide Agile maturity.
The ideal candidate will bring significant hands-on experience leading Agile product transformations within large, complex organizations. This is a consultative position without direct managerial responsibility. Success will depend on the ability to influence teams and leaders, facilitate cultural change and connect Agile delivery practices with broader business and technology objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coach product teams, leaders and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices and ways of working.
Support enterprise-wide Agile and product transformation initiatives across MTA-IT.
Guide teams in applying Scrum, Kanban and other appropriate Agile frameworks.
Assess team maturity, identify delivery challenges and develop actionable improvement plans.
Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, retrospectives and transformation activities.
Promote cross-functional collaboration among product, technology, operations and business teams.
Help teams improve planning, prioritization, delivery predictability and operational effectiveness.
Establish and promote Agile best practices, tools and reusable frameworks.
Develop and interpret Agile metrics to identify trends, measure progress and inform decision-making.
Coach leaders on organizational design, change management and behaviors needed to sustain Agile transformation.
Drive continuous improvement and help align product delivery outcomes with MTA-IT s strategic objectives.
Influence cultural and behavioral change without relying on direct managerial authority.
Required Qualifications
At least eight years of Agile coaching experience.
Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated hands-on experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and modern product-delivery practices.
Experience coaching product teams, senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong background in change management, organizational design and cultural transformation at scale.
Experience developing Agile metrics and using data to improve team and organizational performance.
Excellent facilitation, training, communication, mentoring and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to influence teams and leaders in a consultative role without direct managerial authority.
Certification Requirements
Candidates should hold one or more of the following certifications or an equivalent credential:
ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
