Aftermarket Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with commercial insight, identifying upgrade opportunities, conducting site surveys, and developing customized system improvement proposals for Oil & Gas metering control systems. This role plays a vital part in keeping our customers metering systems running efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with industry standards. We prefer candidates who currently reside in Saudi Arabia. First, you ll identify and pursue aftermarket opportunities such as upgrades, retrofits, and enhancements of metering control systems. To do this, you ll conduct on-site surveys that evaluate existing metering systems and uncover potential improvements. From there, you ll prepare comprehensive survey reports, technical recommendations, and upgrade proposals. Building on those findings, you ll develop and present technical and commercial proposals that align with customer requirements and company strategy. Throughout the process, you ll collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to plan and execute sales strategies, while also maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Finally, you ll coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to guarantee seamless execution of awarded projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Brings a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in automation, instrumentation, or metering control systems. Demonstrates a strong technical understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and Flow Computers used in metering applications. Has prior experience in aftermarket, proposal, or sales engineering, which is highly preferred. Communicates, presents, and writes technical reports excellently. Holds a Bachelor s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering (or a related field). Currently resides in Saudi Arabia, which we prefer.
