Accounts Officer

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team who will be responsible for supporting financial operations, assisting with bookkeeping, VAT filing and ensuring compliance with accounting standards Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Bookkeeping: Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations. Invoice Processing: Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and compliance VAT Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with VAT and payroll processing, ensuring timely statutory filings and full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements Audits: Support external audits by preparing accurate financial records, reconciliations, and audit schedules Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge: Understanding of UAE taxation regulations and accounting standards UAE work experience in Interior/ Construction Industry is an advantage Work
